Door of Hope
Door of Hope works with women involved in street prostitution in Spitalfields in East London. Door of Hope is a Christian Project, established in 1994 and now has a growing team of staff and volunteers. Through Street Outreach and a Daytime Support Service, we work with women to restore individual dignity, a sense of self-worth and physical well-being.The vast majority of these women have class A drug addictions and many of them are homeless or vulnerably housed. Door of Hope seeks to offer practical and emotional support and offer a route out of the lifestyle of prostitution for the women we work with. We will continue to work and support women regardless of whether they wish to exit street prostitution or not.
Door of Hope provides 2nd stage supported accommodation in a Christian, family-centered environment, for recovering addicts/alcoholics.
